Findings of the 2017 Zenex Foundation Stakeholder Survey

The Zenex Foundation works with a wide range of stakeholders and strong partnerships is an important approach to the Foundation’s work. The Foundation therefore has conducted its second Perceptions Survey in 2017. We are grateful to our stakeholders who willingly gave of their time and their feedback through either a face-to-face interviews, telephonic interviews, focus group and an online survey.

We sought feedback on the Foundation’s strategy; organisational relationships; grant-making approach; operations; communications and knowledge sharing. We have found the feedback from stakeholders most useful, and it has given us much to consider as we prepare for our next strategy period (2019 – 2023).

As an organisation that prides itself in its responsiveness and culture of learning, we have engaged with our stakeholders’ comments and suggestions and have developed an “Action Plan” with details of the activities the Foundation will be undertaking to operationalise some recommendations from the survey.
